Universal Terms and Conditions All rates are subject to the following charges:
Gratuity	20% (applied automatically, nonnegotiable)
Phone Charges	$2.50 per minute (2 minute minimum)
Airport Parking	$1.50 - $5.50
Toll Fees	$1.00 - $11.00
Parking Fees	Varies
Airport Representative Fees	Varies
Travel Time	Varies (see below)
Mileage Rates	Varies (see below)

Travel Time:
All charges are computed from the time the vehicles leave the garage until it is returned. There is a 20 minute minimum travel time to and from all pickup and drop-off locations in all cities.

Mileage Rates:
Mileage rates will be applied when mileage costs exceed the hourly As-Directed Rates. Mileage costs are as follows:

Sedans	$2.00 per mile, plus gratuity and admin fees
Stretches	$2.00 per mile, plus gratuity and admin fees
Vans	$2.50 per mile, plus gratuity and admin fees
Coaches	$3.00 per mile, plus gratuity and admin fees

Rates:
All rates and minimums are subject to vary from the above to all locations.

Gratuity
All gratuities are nonnegotiable and will automatically be added to the bill. Additional gratuities are welcome at your discretion.

No-Shows/Late Cancellation:
All no-shows and late cancellations will be billed the minimum charge of the vehicle. Cancellation numbers should always be given and noted. The client is responsible to ask for the cancellation number when an order is canceled. If you do not have a cancellation number, you will be charged for the minimum of the vehicle. Cancellation must be made within a minimum of 3 hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fee's for executive cars. Prom limousines cancellation must be made within 7 days.

Awards Shows, Sporting Events, City Wide Events and Conventions:
All rates and minimums may vary during high demand events or dates. In addition, the following additional
charges may be implemented; Coordinator Fees, Parking Fees, Radio/Phone Communication Rental Fees.

Holiday travel Policy:
A $10.00 surcharge will be added to the reservations booked on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
